Bob Grooms

Bob is originally from Sumter, SC, and brings over 30 years experience to the Century 21 McAlpine team.  Having begun his Real Estate career in Hilton Head Island in 1978 and earning his broker's license in 1979, Bob has excelled in Sales.  He has received numerous awards for sales and listing volume.  Bob understands successful real estate transactions come about as a result of trust and clear communication between client and agent.  By listening and pay attention to their desires, he has assisted numerous clients in buying the home and property of their dreams. 

Although Bob is a retired Coach and Athletic Director of Calvary Chistion School in Myrtle Beach, his lifelong passion is Real Estate.  As a resident of Conway for the past 26 years, Bob is familiar with the Grand Strand area and the rural areas of Horry County.  He truly enjoys working with people and helping with their Real Estate needs.
