Chicora is an established, single-family home community located in the center of Conway, SC. Home prices range from the mid $100s to the mid $200s. Home sizes in Chicora start at about 1,200 square feet and go to more than 2,000. As with the community of Castlewood, there is no HOA in Chicora. Established in 1734 and known as Kingston in the beginning, Conway, SC is one of the oldest cities in South Carolina. After the Revolutionary War the name was changed to Conway to honor General Robert Conway.
