Baylee Estates Homes in Aynor, SC

One of the Grand Strand's most respected builders, Creekside Homes has been building custom homes all around Conway and Myrtle Beach since 2004. One of the recent communities they have developed is Baylee Estates in Aynor. Aynor is located just west of Conway and offers friendly, small-town country living. The city was founded in the 1800's by John Eyenner, and later was called "Aynor".

The community of Baylee Estates is outside any of the city limits, with a small HOA fee and underground utilities. Creekside built both single and two-story homes of three, four, and five bedrooms.
