Garden City Beach Real Estate

Garden City is Horry County’s southernmost beach community. It is located seven miles south of Myrtle Beach and lies partly in Horry County and partly in Georgetown County. Garden City beach allows mobile homes in some areas and is less restrictive than Surfside that is a few miles north.

One of the most popular areas of Garden City is the peninsula that allows you to experience the ocean on one side with uncrowded beaches and the the deep water channel on the other side that will take you out into the ocean and to amazing fishing in the creeks. If you like a real get away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is an ideal spot for you. Fishing, shrimping, crabbing and sun bathing make Garden City beach a wonderful vacation spot.
