Forest Lake Estate is a small, single family estate home community located near Burning Ridge Golf Course in Conway, SC. The upscale neighborhood offers fully brick, all custom homes on large home sites with loads of unique features. There are no cookie cutter homes here. The neighborhood of Forest Lake Estate is a secret among those who are native to the Conway area. Homes in Forest Lake Estate range in size from just over 1,500 to 4,200 heated square feet. Many of the home sites are 1/3 to 1/2 acre. Most of the homes were constructed from 1985 to 1995 with a few of the homes being built in the 2000s. 

Much of present-day downtown was built in the early 1900s following a fire. The old live oak trees and the beautiful Waccamaw River provide the perfect setting for South Carolina's Historic River Town. It's particularly appealing to home-buyers because of its affordable real estate and prime location. It's 12 miles from Myrtle Beach. In Conway there are great local restaurants, bakeries, art galleries and boutiques near Main Street. The area also offers lovely boat tours of the downtown river walk areas.
