My name is Breanna Forbush, and I was born and raised in Horry County. I bring a strong foundation of integrity, communication, and service to everything I do. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent four years in law enforcement, where I developed skills in attention to detail, confidentiality, and clear, effective communication. That experience shaped me into someone my clients can trust to handle one of the most important decisions of their lives with care and professionalism.
I chose real estate because I genuinely love helping people and being a part of turning their dreams into reality. To me, buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it’s a major life moment. I pride myself on being hands-on with my clients and walking with them every step of the way. I’m very transparent and straightforward, and I bring a bubbly, positive energy to the process that helps make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
I’m passionate about helping anyone ready to turn their dream of homeownership into a reality. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or starting a new chapter, I approach every situation with patience, care, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure nothing is overlooked. My goal is always to make sure my clients feel confident, informed, and supported from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, I am a proud wife and mom of three—two boys and one girl. My hands are full, but my heart is even fuller. My youngest son, who has Asperger’s, keeps me on my toes and inspires me every single day with his unique perspective and resilience. My two oldest are active in travel baseball and softball, so we are always on the go. We also have two dogs, and my youngest pup is basically my fourth child. My family and I are rooted in our faith, and we keep God at the center of our lives, which guides me both personally and professionally.
