Cliff is a native resident of Conway, SC. He has a passionate understanding of the many things the area has to offer, as well as the blessing of calling it home. Graduating from Conway High School, he decided to go directly into the workforce. He quickly fell in love with the hospitality service, which allowed him the ability to help others with enthusiasm, confidence, and creativity.

He has a unique blend of skills and interests that set him apart in the industry. His passion for art and computers brings a fresh perspective to the real estate market. Combining his enthusiasm for the market with his savvy in leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline the buying and selling process for his clients. 

Cliff is an avid golfer. On the green, he finds solace and excitement. Golf isn't just a hobby for Cliff; it's a way for him to unwind, connect with friends, and sharpen his focus and strategic thinking skills. This has taught him patience and integrity, which he applies to his everyday life. 

When he's not on the golf course, Cliff can often be found immersed in the latest technological advancements. Whether he's exploring new gadgets, learning about innovative software solutions, or staying up-to-date on industry trends, his fascination with technology drives him to continually expand his knowledge and skills in this ever-evolving field.

Getting to Know Me

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I’ve lived in the Conway area my entire life, so I understand both the communities and the people who call this area home. I’m naturally curious about others. I listen carefully, and I enjoy helping people make decisions that genuinely fit their lives. 

2. Where are you originally from?

 - I was born and raised in the Conway/Coastal area. 

3. What brought you to the area?

 - This has always been home. My family, church, friendships, and connection to the Grand Strand and Conway communities have kept me rooted here. 

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - Jo Hibachi in Downtown Conway is easily one of my favorite local restaurants. 

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - I enjoy playing golf, spending time with family and friends, being involved with my church community, playing video games, and capturing people’s stories through video. 

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - Golf has always been my sport, and Tiger Woods will forever be my favorite athlete. Sports teams for me beyond major events or family/friends gatherings have never been anything other than background noise or conversation pieces.  

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - Yes! I played varsity golf throughout high school, and I still play today. 

8. Do you have any pets?

 - I have a Yorkie named Gatsby. 

9. What are you passionate about?

 - I’m passionate about people’s stories. Everyone has experiences worth hearing, and I love giving people the opportunity to share them, whether that means documenting their story through video or simply taking the time to sit down and genuinely listen. 

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

 - To me, good customer service begins with making people feel heard. I want my clients to know they can ask honest questions, express concerns, and make decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. My job is to listen, communicate clearly, and remain present throughout the process.
