Hi I’m Chase! 

Born and raised in New York, I have a high energy spirit and attitude to get the job done. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life so I’m truly focused on supporting and providing my clients with necessary help they need, and I do it with a smile.

My positive attitude brings fun and joy to the workplace. I make finding a home exciting, just as it should be. Being new to the business, I have the time and desire to dive head first into the process. 

I’m fresh with all details, information, regulations, etc… of buying and selling a home. I’m eager to help others and not shy to ask for help from my colleagues when needed, in order to provide the best service I possibly can.

I live in Conway, in one of the new builds of Mungo Homes. Being that I’m a new homeowner, I’ve seen both sides of the spectrum of buying and selling. I really enjoy the interior design process that goes into owning a home as well.

I’m a happy, grateful father of two little girls, and a dad to a dog and cat. I cannot leave out being a husband to my beautiful wife, who is a local massage therapist and yoga instructor in Conway. We just love being involved in the community. You’ll find me bopping around town with my family, enjoying the beauty the town has to offer.

Getting to Know Me

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I genuinely enjoy talking and meeting with people. I love hunting for and finding a good deal, whether it’s on a house, a car, or a new toaster. Given that my Mother-in-law and Sister-in-law are real estate agents in Hilton Head, it kinda runs in the family. 

2. Where are you originally from? 

 - I grew up on Long Island, NY. In 2015, I packed my bags and moved to Pacific Beach (San Diego), CA, where I spent my 30s meeting my wife and starting my family.

3. What brought you to the area?

 - We moved to the East Coast to be closer to family. We bought our first house and are happily living in Conway

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - River City Cafe, Trestles, and Rivertown Bistro are currently at the top of my list.

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - Hangin’ by the pool, playing with my kids, and exploring South Carolina with my family.

6. What are your favorite sports teams?

 - The Mets and Knicks are my two favorite teams. I’m also a Padres, Islander, and Dolphins fan. 

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - Yes, I love to play baseball, though I haven’t played much since having kids.

8. Do you have any pets?

 - Yes, I have a dog named Larry David, and a cat named Aldous Snow

9. What are you passionate about?

 - Music, Sports, Interior Decorating, and my Family

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

 - Customer service is very important to me. I’ve spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry, so I am very used to customer interaction and understand that it is a direct link to people wanting to work with you.
