Century 21 McAlpine

My name is Dylan Franca, and I was born and raised right here locally in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I went to Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and Horry Georgetown Tech to pursue my aeronautical mechanic's license to repair aircrafts, I decided mechanics was not what I wanted to do.

I went back to landscaping with my father and a few other companies over the course of 10 years, then I started my landscaping business after being in the industry for some time. I have always been a highly active person that enjoys spending my time in the gym, traveling, and off-roading.

My entire life has involved helping other people whether it being mental support or even physical help, I just want to change the world for the better one person at a time. This is my first year as a realtor but that will not stop me from carrying out my absolute best performance to bring you and your family together in your beautiful future home. I will be looking forward to assisting you!

Getting to Know You

1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

I am a good fit for real estate in my eyes. I have become well known around Myrtle Beach and have created some great relationships over the years from landscaping and previously owning my own landscaping business. I have always enjoyed the satisfaction of helping individuals. That has really what created the building blocks of my life. I am very open-minded and determined, when I truly want something or make a goal for myself. I don’t expect anything to happen overnight, but I do not give up until that goal is reached. Even if I fail yes, it’s not fun and a little frustrating but I just move forward and use that as a lesson to gain the knowledge to eventually catch my goal. Then I like to set the bar higher and keep challenging myself and gaining knowledge. It is very satisfying for me when I do make an accomplishment. I will always keep learning and digging deeper to learn more in depth.

2.  Where are you originally from?

I was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

3.  What brought you to the area?

My mother was born in Colombia, South Carolina and she moved to Myrtle Beach when she was adopted as a newborn. My father moved here from Alexandria, Virginia when he was honorably discharged from the military. Years later they met at Dr Munchies a small bar that used to be open in Myrtle Beach. Then came the upbringing of my sister and I.

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants?

Since I've lived here my entire life I have countless favorites so ill just go with my top 5. New York Prime, Aspen grille, Sole`(an Italian restraint) Riptydz, and Yamato Japanese Steakhouse would be my picks.

5.  What are your favorite activities in your down time?

In my free time I love to travel when I can. Every morning before I do anything else I go to the gym then I start my day. Then if I get any other free time I love to be out in the river on my jet ski or on some trail off-roading on my ATV. I just like being outdoors and swimming of course.

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams?

I am not the biggest sports fan but the teams I follow are Washington, Commanders in the NFL and then South Carolina, Gamecocks

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

I never really got into sports until after high school, I now go lift weights and workout at the gym.

8.  Do you have any pets?

I have one pet he is a Yorkshire Terrier, and his name is Rico.

9.  What are you passionate about?

I would say one thing that I am passionate about is being truthful and having the right morals to give forth my greatest effort into anything I decide to do. Yes it would always be nice to be the best at everything but as long as I am doing the best I possibly can and give forth that effort then I am satisfied! I am a firm believer that doing the right thing and trying to help make not only yours but the ones surrounding you also a better life, that great things will come to you in return. I just want to make an impact on anything and anyone I can if it involves creating a better world.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

Customer service is the most important element in a successful business, I believe a business will not stay successful for years to come without professionalism and proper knowledge. With having those proper elements you can handle certain situations and create a less stressful environment for the parties that are involved.
