Century 21 McAlpine and Associates

Hello, my name is Connie Beckford, and as a motivated and client-focused real estate agent, I am passionate about helping individuals and families find the right property to match their goals and lifestyle. I am committed to guiding you through every step of the process with professionalism, transparency, and dedication. My goal is to ensure that each client feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their real estate journey.

Before entering real estate, I built a company working as a government contractor and as an estate-planning paralegal, where I developed valuable experience working with contracts, legal documentation, and complex transactions. These roles strengthened my attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to protect my clients’ interests—skills that translate directly into real estate. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and philosophy from Coastal Carolina University, and I have a Master’s Degree in Law from Liberty University, giving me a unique perspective on contracts, communication, and client advocacy.

Now, as a real estate professional with Century 21, I bring a combination of energy, determination, and strategic thinking to every transaction. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial and personal decisions someone can make. That is why I prioritize clear communication, market knowledge, and personalized service to help my clients make confident decisions.

Real estate is more than just a profession for me—it is an opportunity to help people build stability, opportunity, and a place to call home. Whether you are moving locally, relocating to the area, or preparing for your next chapter, I am honored to help you navigate the process and achieve your real estate goals.
