Hello! My name is Paige Owens. I have always been passionate about real estate and helping others find their dream homes. I am originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Conway, South Carolina to attend Horry Georgetown Technical College. While here, I fell in love with the area, warm weather, and welcoming community. 

With a background in customer service, I pride myself on being attentive, responsive, and fully committed to creating a positive experience for every client. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make, and I’m dedicated to providing guidance you can trust every step of the way. 

When I'm not working with clients, you can find me playing pickleball with friends, hanging out at the beach, or walking along the Conway Riverwalk. Overall, my goal is simple. I'm here to help you find your dream home while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I am a good fit for Real Estate because I want to help others find their dream homes without any stress. Having moved many times growing up, I know the importance of finding a home that is right for you. 

2. Where are you originally from?

 - I was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and then eventually moved to Camp Hill, Pennsylvania for Middle school and High school.

3. What brought you to the area?

 - I moved to Conway, SC to attend Horry Georgetown Technical College and achieve my associate's degree. Once here, I fell in love with the area and warm sunny weather. 

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - I love going to Market Common for its amazing restaurants. My favorites from there are Travinia and CO Sushi. I also love Crooked Oak Tavern and Hop N’ Wich, located in Downtown Conway. Both of these locations have amazing atmospheres, food, and surrounding activities. 

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - I enjoy spending my downtime at the beach or outdoors on a walk. I also love to play pickleball with my friends and family. 

6. Do you have any pets?

 - I have a family dog named Major. She is a Border Collie/Pitbull mix and is very friendly, energetic, and loving.

 - Customer service is a top priority for me. I understand the importance of being responsive, attentive, and approachable throughout every step of the process.
