My name is Mark Roberts, and I was born and raised in Edinboro, PA. I attended the Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh, earning an Associate's Degree in Science. While pursuing a career in Automotive Technologies, I moved to South Carolina in 2009, intending to follow that path. However, after several years, I realized that automotive work wasn’t the right fit for me.

Seeing the demand in the area, I transitioned to HVAC and quickly rose through the ranks. Within just six months, I became a lead installer, driven by my passion for learning and my commitment to becoming an expert in whatever I do.

Though I'm a newer agent in the real estate world, my drive to provide exceptional service remains the same. I’m committed to offering my clients the most knowledgeable and thorough experience, no matter how long I’ve been in the business..

When I'm not working, I cherish spending time with my wife and two children. We love trips to the beach, waterparks, or any fun adventure that brings us together. In my spare time, I also enjoy woodworking and fishing—hobbies that keep me grounded and connected to the things I love.

1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 -  I believe I am a good fit for Real Estate as I have always liked working with people and problem-solving. I am excited to help people find new homes or investment opportunities and to help them make one of life's biggest decisions. My experience as an automotive technician and HVAC installer has helped me develop problem-solving and customer service skills to excel in a business. I am incredibly self-driven and do not give up easily when I set my sights on something.

2.  Where are you originally from?

 -  I am originally from Edinboro, PA, just south of Erie, PA.

3.  What brought you to the area?

 -  I came to the area in 2009 for a new job opportunity. At the time, I was working as an automotive technician, and working in an air-conditioned shop vs. working in 2ft of snow and having it drip on you all day was pretty convincing.

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants?

 -  Some of my favorite restaurants would include Crafty Rooster, CW wings, Rioz Steakhouse, Carolina Ale House, and Socastte Station.

5.  What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 -  In my downtime (when there is any), I enjoy spending my time with my wife and 2 children. I also enjoy woodworking and fishing.

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 -  Being from PA, my team of choice is the Pittsburgh Steelers. NFL is about all I watch.

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 -  I do not play any sports at the time, but I used to play soccer and football.

8.  Do you have any pets?

 -  We have a Staffordshire Terrier mix named Daisy.

9.  What are you passionate about?

 -  I would have to say that the biggest thing I am passionate about is family.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

 -  Customer service is extremely important to me. I believe customer service is vital because it fosters trust, builds relationships, and strengthens the foundation for business success. Without good customer service, a business cannot thrive.
