Greg Lowery is a native South Carolinian and a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, who specializes in helping clients find their perfect home in the sun on the Carolina coast. He currently lives in Conway, SC with his wife Leslie and three chihuahuas, where they love having the opportunity to play golf or visit the beach often.

He is active in the local community, supports Veteran organizations, and enjoys performing as a classical singer in his spare time. 

Getting to Know You

1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?
Coming from a performing arts background, I have learned how to relate to people and make a connection quickly.  I have very good communication skills, love exploring residential housing, and genuinely seek to help people.

2.  Where are you originally from?
I was born in upstate South Carolina (Pickens County), graduated high school in Summerville, SC, and attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia before joining the Army.

3.  What brought you to the area?
I’ve always felt drawn to Coastal Carolina and the Lowcountry, and knew that I would return to live here one day.  I also wanted to be closer to my father who is 86.

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants?
Still getting to know the area, but we love Frank’s and Bistro 217 in Pawley’s, as well as Crooked Oak Tavern in Conway.

5.  What are your favorite activities in your downtime?
 I still sing professionally whenever possible.  I also enjoy golf (I’m terrible), food and wine, and travel.

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams?
I pull for my Carolina Gamecocks, the Kansas City Chiefs, and whoever is playing Clemson 😊

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?
Golf (if that counts), biking, weight training, and yoga.

8.  Do you have any pets?
Three Chihuahuas:  Blue, Rocco and Milo

9.  What are you passionate about?
Music, Family, friends, and helping people.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?
It is the most important aspect of sales.  Taking the time to understand, care about, and meet a customer’s needs is at the heart of real estate sales.
